Downtown Rutland Vermont - Beautiful Saturday but Where Are All the People?
Lots of businesses old and new are in the downtown of Rutland, VT with very few vacancies, but I don't ever see a significant number of people walking around or in these establishments, whether it's Christmas season or a beautiful Spring Saturday right after the Farmer's Market (which does get a lot of people) like today.
