The Clash Magnificent Seven Bass, Bass Lesson
Great song from The Clash. Norman Watt-Roy wrote and played the bass on this track. When the song starts, at 2:22, I edited out the beginning because I had no way to start it on time, and I would have had to build in a click track, and I just didn't want to bother. I did play that part later in the song at 4:52 however if you wanted to see me play it during the song. It's the same fill that starts the song. The song was inspired by old school hip hop acts from New York City, like the Sugarhill Gang and Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five. #MagnificentSevenBass #BassCover #BassTabs
