A tour of HIDE MOTORCYCLE Film / Build by Ride

1960' H-D Panhead Chopper He built a new wings to be free. A magnificent full-scratch build exhibited at the 2025 Hot Rod Custom Show. I joined the owner and friends on an overnight hot spring tour that served as the bike's public debut. It features a one-off single-downtube frame. An S&S two-throat carburetor is fitted with an in-house velocity stack. The setup includes 6-inch-over extended forks with black DLC-coated inner tubes.It rolls on a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel setup, utilizing a "hamburger" drum brake up front and a dual-caliper disc brake in the rear. The one-off handlebars exude an old-school vibe. It is equipped with one-off high-mounted footpegs and a suicide clutch. A gauge is set into the center of the stretched, split-style fuel tank. The seat, crafted by Atelier Cherry, perfectly complements the one-off sissy bar. This machine strikes a beautiful balance, blending old-school chopper traditions with the unique essence of builder HIDE to create a thoroughly modern finish. The builder is also the owner; witnessing the seamless unity between man and machine is a sight to behold. By the way... I hadn't originally intended to make this film; I had only been shooting footage to give to HIDE as a gift. I should also add that it came about because, on the first night, he threw a curveball request at me: "Make a cool video out of this."
