Keep in mind this is an opinion from a non professional but after reading a lot of papers and talking to some people in the industry, I don't think there is a clear cut distinction between what is defined as neurological and what is defined as mental, it's sort of a gradient. Some people define neurological disorders and diseases as things about the brain that can be physically seen and diagnosed from there, and then mental disorders are stuff that affect mood and behavior, and the way people think.
