All around the world, from fermented shark all the way to slow cooking a raccoon, humans have had this profound interest of eating stuff that doesn't seem like it should be eaten. Taiwan is no exception, here they decided eating fermented, or essentially rotten tofu, was an excellent idea, and in fact the shops selling this seemingly abomination had a line three or four times longer than any other at the night market, so of course I had to try it out.
