In this episode, I'm installing the SAMBA Share add-on into my home automation hub. Installing this utility allows us to access the configuration files and other important #HassOS folders through our home LAN. In practice, we can view the folders from any PC or even a smartphone as if they were network drives, and then edit or copy files to them as needed. In the video, I also mention the "workgroup name." This isn't actually necessary to access the files, but it allows us to view the HassOS folders as network resources while belonging to the same workgroup.
