This is how I make full-time vanlife pay for itself. Join me as I spend my first two weeks at Big Skies Glamping in the beautiful Cotswolds, preparing the site for a new season while discovering that slowing down doesn't mean giving up the freedom I've spent the last 16 months searching for. In this episode I sand and paint picnic tables, build bell tents, tidy the grounds, plant flowers, watch the tree surgeons at work, cook in the van, explore the local area with Molly and reflect on why I chose this life. A few people have asked why I'd come out of retirement to do this sort of work. The simple answer is that I haven't gone back to work... I've chosen a different way of living.
