Jason Tapper is an embodiment of inspiring leadership. From his game-saving layout Ds to his constant mentorship on the field, Jason uplifts every single person around him. It’s hard to believe Mr. ‘Captain Ultimate’ hadn’t played ultimate 4 years ago, but that only serves as a testament to everything Jason has poured into this sport. When others might let their nerves get to them, Jason has stood strong in big moments, winning a college (’24) and a UFA (Glory ’25) championship.
