Today, we're baking gluten-free marble muffins together, inspired by the famous Savane cake, but in a natural version, without additives, and super easy to prepare. These muffins are incredibly moist and perfect for a guilt-free treat. With their creamy texture and vanilla-chocolate flavor, they'll quickly become a staple of your homemade afternoon snacks. The highlights of this recipe: ✅ Few ingredients: Simple and quick. ✅ Healthy: Made with coconut syrup and raw cacao. ✅ Delicious: The true taste of traditional marble cake. 📝 Ingredients & Quantities: 60g coconut syrup 100g softened butter 3 large eggs 60ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk) 6g baking powder 200g of my gluten-free flour mix (see my previous video!) or rice flour 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder Vanilla powder (or vanilla extract) Instructions: Mix the coconut syrup and butter. Incorporate the eggs one at a time. Add the milk, baking powder, and then the flour in two batches. Divide the batter: add the cacao to one portion and the vanilla to the other.
