The Namibian Minister of Justice, Yvonne Dausab has told the International Court of Justice that the attacks on Palestinians in Gaza evokes the painful memories of genocide conducted by Germany to the Namibians. Dausab is representing Namibia at the ICJ's public hearings on the legality of the occupation of Palestine territories by Israel. She says residents have been violantely removed and displaced from their homes. Namibia and other countries including South Africa, want the world court to declare the Israel's occupation illegal.
