Rohingya refugee children face rising malnutrition amid aid cuts

When the Trump administration halted most foreign aid, it caused a lot of concern among Rohingya refugees – one of the world’s most vulnerable populations. More than a million of the minority Muslim group who fled Myanmar are living in camps in southern Bangladesh. Funding cuts have forced aid agencies to reduce food rations, prompting warnings of increasing rates of malnutrition among children.
