Van Dorn Street Station

Van Dorn Street Station is a metro station on the blue for the DC Metro Transit system. The station is located in Alexandria VA between Franconia-Springfield Station and King St-Old Town Station. This station is more of a park and ride but it's actually really close to the freight tracks that CSX and Amtrak use. The station entrance is really unique as it's sort of underground with big brown gates facing the bus bays and a long tunnel that leads to the parking lot. I did a complete walkthrough of the station so you will see the platform, the street level where the faregates are, the station entrance, and some train action.
