Achamos o túmulo do Coronel nesta fazenda

We visited the Capão Bonito farm in Porto Ferreira, in the interior of São Paulo state. The result of a division of land from the Santa Mariana Farm, previously owned by Captain Joaquim Procopio de Araújo, the farm was built by Colonel Cornélio Procopio, the captain's son. Surrounded by legends and stories, the Capão Bonito farm still preserves historic structures such as the mansion and the barn.
