How and when to repot Cymbidium orchid seedlings!

This week Plant lovers a video request! A viewer asked me to show how I repot Cymbidium seedlings...and it so happens I had two so here we are! Though the first thing to ask is: do I really NEED to repot my seedling? We'll answer that question and discover that of my seedlings wasn't quite as healthy below ground as it was above!
