The defense team for Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, a pre-candidate for the Presidency, has asked the Supreme Federal Court (STF) to declare Minister Alexandre de Moraes ineligible to judge a request regarding the financing of a film related to former President Jair Bolsonaro by Daniel Vorcaro and Banco Master. This request comes after Moraes forwarded to the Attorney General's Office a request made by federal deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ) to include Flávio in the investigation into coercion that has the ousted federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) as a defendant.
