Mornings surprised us with the smell of roasted and stewed meats straight on the street, which were an addition to tacos. Valladolid is a city of seven churches, a museum of chocolate that comes from Mexico, and close to the center, we recommend visiting the Zici cenote, named after the ancient Mayan city on the site of which Valladolid was founded.
