How to do TAP or T and protrusion bifurcation stenting technique
TAP techinque made simple step by step Six steps: 1. Wire both branches and dilate simultaneously or separately with balloons 2. Stent main branch and remove the side branch wire 3. Keep the stent ballon in its place and with a second wire cross the main branch stent into the side branch 4. Place a stent in the side branch with stent balloon of the main branch helping the nail the side branch ostium 5. Pull the side branch stent balloon back and perform kissing balloon inflation 6. Perform POT (with larger balloon on the main branch or side branch wire) of the proximal main branch stent
