Picanha in the Airfryer Ingredients: 2 Picanha Steaks Grilling Salt with Chimichurri to taste Preparation Method: Season the picanha steaks with the Grilling Salt with Chimichurri. Place the steaks in the airfryer and turn it on at 200º for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the steaks over and cook for another 10 minutes at 200º. When the airfryer turns off, remove the steaks and serve. Preparation time may vary depending on the brand and model of the airfryer. Picanha on the Grill Ingredients: 2 Picanha Steaks Grilling Salt with Chimichurri to taste Preparation: Season the picanha steaks with the Grilling Salt with Chimichurri. Place the steaks on the grill, low heat, 40 centimeters high for approximately 7 and a half minutes on each side (total of 15 minutes). When the steaks are golden, remove from the grill (if necessary, add salt to the meat). The dish is ready, just serve and enjoy. The preparation time depends on the grill used.
