Erase the price from memory as we look at the performance. The Breville Pizzaiolo seriously competes against the Ooni Volt. The top burner is incredible with its ability to push power evenly across the pizza, or to target just the center or just the crust. The "crust only" setting cooks Neapolitans beautifully, with leoparding on crusts and cheese that isn't overcooked. Now, back to the price. Yes, it's $999. And with Ooni recently dropping the price of their Volt to $899, I can't full heartedly recommend the Breville over the Ooni. If this were around $700, or even $800, I'd be singing from the mountains that this is the indoor pizza oven you need. #breville #pizzaoven
