Assemble ⇥ Same color as the bias binding . Baste ⇥ different color of bias tape 1/ EASILY ATTACH BIAS TAB BY MACHINE Place the bias tape on the wrong side of the fabric Sew along the fold of the bias tape Turn the bias tape over to the right side of the fabric Topstitch 1 mm from the edge of the bias tape 2/ JOIN TWO BIAS TABs Leave an 8 cm margin without bias tape Sew the bias tape to the wrong side of the fabric (leave an excess of bias tape unsewn) Draw a guide line on the 8 cm margin Draw marks on both bias tapes Sew the bias tape together Trim the excess tape Flatten the seams Sew the bias tape to the fabric (seam allowances) Turn the bias tape over to the right side of the fabric Topstitch 1 mm from the edge of the bias tape 3/ EASILY SEW AN INVISIBLE BIAS TAB Place the bias tape on the right side of the fabric Sew along the fold of the Bias binding Turn the bias binding to the wrong side of the fabric Leave 2 mm of the right side of the fabric visible on the wrong side of the fabric Topstitch 1 mm from the edge of the bias binding 4/ SEWING A ROUND NECKLINE WITH AN INVISIBLE FINISH Place the bias binding on the right side of the fabric Do not fully unfold the bias binding Sew the bias binding along the edge of the unfolded fold Turn the bias binding to the wrong side of the fabric Clip the collar evenly spaced Place the bias binding correctly on the wrong side of the fabric (see 1 or 2 mm from the right side of the fabric) Topstitch 1 mm from the edge of the bias binding 5/ PLACE A BIAS BINDING ON A RIGHT CORNER - OUTSIDE CORNER Place the set square on the wrong side of the fabric, on the right corner Find the center of this corner Draw a line Place the bias binding on the wrong side of the fabric and unfold it Sew along the fold of the bias tape Using a backstitch, stop sewing on the previously drawn line Fold the bias tape Using a backstitch, start sewing at the line drawn on the fabric Turn the bias tape over to the right side of the fabric by manipulating it Baste the corner Topstitch at 1 mm 6/ PLACE BIAS TAPE ON A V-NECKLINE - INSIDE CORNER Place the bias tape on the wrong side Notch the center of the corner 2 mm Sew along the fold of the bias tape Mark the center of the corner on the bias tape Turn the bias tape over to the right side of the fabric Flatten the corner by hand A nice corner is created by correctly placing the bias tape on the right side Baste it with a different thread than the bias tape Topstitch the bias tape 1 mm from the edge ▬▬▬▬▬▬ MUSIC CREDITS ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Alvy - Alchemy, Pt. 2 | Majestic Color    • Alvy - Alchimie, Pt. 2 | Majestic Color   Kaelyn - The Mood | Majestic Color    • Kaelyn - The Mood | Majestic Color
