This is a wine kit that takes just 7 days to make and ready to bottle. You can let it ferment longer and you will get a better quality wine. The SG Wines Platinum Merlot kit is very easy to make, with easy to follow, detailed instructions. It takes just 5 days to ferment, 2 days to clear and then its ready to bottle. You can drink it straight away, but we suggest leaving it to bottle condition for at least 1 month - 3-6 months ideally. I highly recommend filtering your wine, it removes microscopic yeast and sediment which really improves it, removes any yeasty flavour and allows all the fruity flavours to really shine through.
