Dylan O'Brien Interview: Why He Refused to Let Go of Twinless

James Sweeney has tackled a significant project for the last several years with Twinless, a film he wrote, directed, produced and also stars in. He's at the center of the story, playing Dennis, a man working through his grief in a twin-loss support group. That's where Sweeney finds himself across from Dylan O'Brien, who inhabits one of the most demanding roles of his career thus far, a feat that pays off with his career-best performance. O’Brien portrays both Roman and his late twin brother Rocky, seen through flashbacks, each of whom has a distinct personality from the other.
