A neighbor of mine had called me while I was at work and mentioned about he called a company recommended from Angie's list. He realizes I'm very busy and didn't want to bother me but he felt he was being scammed and wanted a second opinion. I came over after work to see what they had found and is there anything I can do? My neighbor had mentioned they said the capacitor was bad and the system was shot. Also mentioned that the guy gave him and instant upfront price of a new system.
