B-58 Hustler Champion of Champions (with Intro)

Throughout 1961, the Convair B-58 Hustler set many aviation records and won most of the prestigious aviation trophies available to it. Convair's parent company, General Dynamics and the USAF's Strategic Air Command, filmed these record-breaking flights and brought in SAC reservist and movie star James Stewart to talk us through these remarkable flights and also take one past Mach 2 himself. I have added a short introduction to add a spot of context to what happened to one of the aircraft, Hustler 59-2451 'The Firefly' and her crew, shortly after the events covered in this film.
