These are exactly the kind of recipes we love: no complicated steps, but with a really delicious result ✨ 🥚 3 eggs 🧂 A pinch of salt 🍦 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract 🍚 2/3 cup sugar (120 g) Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Mix well until the mixture becomes creamy. 🌻 100 ml sunflower oil 🥛 1/2 cup milk (120 ml) 🌾 1 1/2 cups flour (220 g) Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better. 🥄 1 tbsp baking powder (10 g) Mix everything well until the dough is smooth. 🍋 Grated zest of 1 lemon 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice (30 ml) 🍎 2 apples 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice (30 ml) ✨ 1 tsp cinnamon 🔥 Bake for 40–45 minutes at 175°C.
