From the lower-level practice of Hasado to the upper-level practice of Sangado, various practices are available, tailored to each individual's level and capacity. We explore the vast world of Tibetan practices, including Lojong, Tummo, Ddonglen, Dzogchen, and Powa, all of which cultivate the Bodhi mind. However, these practices must be learned step by step, because approaching them with a simple, overly focused approach, focusing solely on the goal, can easily lead to serious harm.
