Real-time deepfakes are here and they're wild. In this demo, I show how new AI tools can do full character replacement — face, hair, clothes... everything — live on a webcam. No pre-rendering, no uploading, no waiting. I turn myself into Mr. Beast (and almost break my neck standing on a chair), test hair physics with a beautiful influencer, accidentally do magic tricks when the AI hallucinates objects, combine a deepfake face with a live AI voice clone, and much more.
