Philips PM3217 Oscilloscope Repair
This was my first oscilloscope, it was stored in my basement for more than 10 years. I turned it on just to see if it was still working and got a nice explosion plus a terrible smoke coming out of it... let see what was the cause. Enjoy my itanglish...
