Kemper, Why some people think they sound "fake" #154

In this video we give you a few reasons why people think the kemper sounds "fake" Most people who have never tried a kemper or any other modeling amplifiers like the Line 6 Helix or the Axe FX 2 or AX8, may feel that this sort of technology lacks feeling. It really comes down to a proper understanding of what it actually is, and how you use it. There are 4 main ways to use the Kemper Powerhead. 1. With In ear monitors- this is popular in a lot of live settings and no matter what equipment you use will always result in a less than natural feeling playing experience 2. Direct to the front of house and a wedge monitor.... This is ok but not as great. 3. Full Range Full Response Cabinet- this gets closer, but it is still a bit sterile in my opinion 4. The powerhead allows you to do all of the above, and still run a conventional guitar cabinet. This is my favorite because it sounds the most natural Thank You so much for watching Dylan Talks Tone!!!
