The Association of Old Car Owners (APCV) continues its important work in fighting for the rights of owners of old cars in this country. In another excellent meeting led by the organization's president, Dr. Stevan Gaipo, the rules and limits for wives' complaints regarding old cars were defined in an assembly. Violation of the rule is subject to a fine which, if not paid, automatically authorizes the member to spend the equivalent of the fine on their old car.
