If you own an Airstream, you’ve probably heard the debate: stick with 15” trailer tires, or upgrade to 16” wheels and light truck (LT) tires? In this video, we walk through our decision to upgrade our Airstream from 15” wheels to 16” wheels — and why we made the move from traditional trailer (ST) tires to light truck (LT) tires.
