How To Sound Design Complex Risers (using Vital)
In this sound design tutorial I show one way to design complex risers, which can be used in trailers, intros, outros and teasers and music production in general. The sound is more complex than a normal riser because it's a combination of different risers as well as other sound effects such as downers and atmospheric sounds. I'm using a Whoosh Hit that I previously made to enhance the sound. In this case I'm using the free synth Vital, but this can be replicated in pretty much any other synth as well. 0:00 - The sound 0:06 - Downer/ Subdrop 1:45 - High Riser 2:55 - First Main Riser 4:11 - Second Main Riser 4:31 - Atmosphere 5:03 - Everything together 5:09 - Adding the Whoosh Hit 5:21 - Mixing & Editing 7:05 - Alternative Version
