Pen Kit Reviews - Beaufort Ink Solano

This is an ongoing series reviewing Pen Kits and other Kits that are available in the UK. If you are new to turning pens there will be a lot of things that may help you along the way. Even if you are a seasoned pen turner you may find some things in here that you had not thought about. In this part I look at the Solano from Beaufort Ink. Available in a Gold, Chrome, Gunmental and a Black Chrome finish, where I have chosen the Gold option. This is a very high quality pen compared to all the others I've had from several other suppliers. The price is also very cheap for this quality of pen where there are a lot of other kits costing more but not matching the quality.
