Hi everyone, my name is Rene Garcia, and I'm a divorce and recovery coach for men. Divorce is the third biggest stressor that an adult male can experience, often leaving men feeling isolated and without support. I became a recovery coach because there's very little available for men dealing with the pain of divorce. Society often tells men to just "suck it up," and any expression of grief is seen as weakness. In this video, I sit down with my guest and client, Bryan Abasolo, who many of you may recognize from season 13 of "The Bachelorette." Bryan is also the owner of the Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center. When Bryan reached out, he was contemplating divorce and needed an unbiased perspective.
