HOW TO HOST A SUCCESSFUL OPEN HOUSE (and rock it!) | PART ONE | Advice for Realtors Hi everyone! Thank you for watching. I am going to share all of my planning tips and advice on how to properly execute the PERFECT Open House! These tactics are always a hit, and even if you do not sell the house that very same day, you will meet plenty of people who can be potential Clients in the future! Open Houses are often thought of as a boring event— but they don’t have to be! I love to provide my guests with drinks (virgin and not), snacks & sweets, and a nice little incentive! This may seem excessive to some Agents, but this market is so crazy today that you HAVE to do things that set yourself apart from the rest. You need to stop looking at Open Houses like a waste of your weekend, and start imagining them as a FREE advertising and marketing event for you as an Agent! I can’t tell you how many people stroll through these events without having an Agent yet. You literally have so many opportunities available to you with this and you need to take advantage of every single one. I am covering everything from Open House Signs, refreshments, Masks/Sanitizer, sign-in sheets, MLS print outs and more! The people touring these places could potentially live there, so you have to make it feel like HOME to them from the moment they walk in! You will always reap the benefits down the road of the time and effort you put into this job.
