I apologize for any misunderstanding. Basically, by purchasing a kalimba labeled "C-tune," you can play the Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Si-Do scale. Some kalimbas are tuned to "B-tune" or other tunings. Unless you're specifically planning to buy a B-tuned kalimba, I think it's safer to buy one labeled "C-tune." However, it is relatively easy to change a kalimba tuned in B to C.
