The Constitution, Justice and Drafting Committee of the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso issued a favorable opinion on the bill that adapts the rules for presenting mandatory parliamentary amendments to the recommendations of the Supreme Federal Court. The proposal seeks to increase the transparency and traceability of amendments, preventing proposals that do not present compensatory resources, that have multiple unrelated objectives, or that contradict legal and budgetary norms. During the meeting, the deputies also approved a favorable opinion on the bill by Deputy Eduardo Botelho, which proposes the creation of a protocol for direct care for cancer patients in state public hospitals.
