50th State Trombone Festival in Ulm with the motto "All the Best"

This weekend, we were privileged to capture a very special event with our cameras: the 50th State Trombone Festival in Ulm with the motto "All the Best." Over 6,000 brass players filled the city with music – an impressive sight against the backdrop of the radiant Ulm Minster. We sincerely thank all participants for their music, their joy, and their passion. A look back makes the event all the more meaningful: In 1946, just a few months after the war, Ulm lay in dust and ashes. But even during this time, 2,000 people gathered with brass instruments. They played and wept together, sustained by hope and faith. Today, almost 80 years later, it is once again music that unites us – as well as a belief in goodness and gratitude. We look back on what was and look forward with love and confidence – supported by what unites us.
