PART 1: Eat This for Bridal Glow - What to Eat for Clear, Radiant Skin ✨

Part 1: Internal Glow (Diet & Habits) ✨ If you’re a bride-to-be and want that natural, healthy glow this is where it actually begins. Not with skincare… but from within. In this video, I’m sharing exactly what you should eat and the daily habits you need to follow for the upcoming days to achieve clear, radiant and glowing skin before your wedding. 💫 This is not a crash diet or unrealistic plan. It’s a simple, consistent routine that supports your skin from inside so your glow looks real, not just makeup. ______________________________________________ CHICKEN BONE BROTH RECIPE Ingredients (for 1.5–2 litres rich broth) 1 kg chicken bones (mix of wings, neck, feet for collagen) Veggies & Aromatics • 1 big onion (halved) • 1 carrot (roughly chopped) • 4–5 garlic cloves (crushed) • 1 small piece ginger • 1 celery stick or a handful of coriander stems Spices & Herbs • 2 bay leaves • 1 small cinnamon piece • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar / lemon juice (helps extract minerals & collagen • Salt — add only at the end Method: 1. Add bones & veggies to a large pot. 2. Pour water until everything is just covered. 3. Add ACV/lemon juice & spices. 4. Simmer on lowest flame for 8–12 hours (minimum 3–4 hrs if short on time). 5. Add herbs in the last 30 mins for fresh aroma. For buttery thick collagen broth: Let it simmer 6–8 hours + include chicken feet & wings. ___________________________________________ ⛔️FOODS TO AVOID ⛔️ (Avoiding these for just 30 days can make a visible difference in your skin) 1. Excess sugar (sweets, chocolates, cakes, pastries) 2. Sugary drinks (soft drinks, packaged juices) 3.Junk food (burgers, pizza, chips) 4. Deep-fried foods 5. Dairy (milk, cheese, ice cream – if it triggers acne) 6. Excess coffee / caffeine 7. Processed foods (instant noodles, packaged snacks) 8. Very salty foods (pickles, chips – causes puffiness) 9. Bakery items (maida-based foods) 19.
