Phil Ochs (1940-1976), an American folksinger and topical songwriter, performed a recorded concert live at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, on May 2nd, 1966. This is the fifth portion of that recording. The song is "Flower Lady," which would later be released in an orchestrated studio version on his first album with A&M, "Pleasures of the Harbor" (1967).
