BRITS try CHINESE IN AUSTRALIA!!!

Today we headed out to try a Chinese restaurant on the Gold Coast that’s a little bit off the usual tourist spots, and honestly, we were excited for this one. With hundreds of reviews and a strong rating, we wanted to see if this place could live up to the hype… especially as it’s been a while since we’ve had a proper Chinese meal here in Australia. We ordered a mix of dishes, including soup dumplings, prawn dumplings, salted whiting, Peking duck with pancakes, and san choy bao, a proper spread to really get a feel for what this place is about. From first impressions to flavours, textures, and overall experience, this one definitely gave us a lot to talk about… And for once, we weren’t just focusing on the food.
