ClaimTrace is an evidence-linked review workspace for AI-assisted operational decisions. Powered by GPT-5.6, it links every proposed claim to a literal source fragment, allows human correction before approval, binds approval to one exact version, and blocks export after any unreviewed source change. Codex accelerated the TypeScript, React, and Node implementation, including structured output validation, evidence checks, version-state safeguards, documentation, Git workflow, and automated testing.
