Devon and Cornwall Police's new state-of-the-art boat to tackle crime

Devon and Cornwall Police have a new weapon in the fight against organised crime and people traffickers, in the shape of a custom-made, state-of-the-art launch named after the Roman God of the Sea. Neptune will be based at Turnchapel in Plymouth but will assist with the force's 730-mile long coastline that comprises of beaches, cliffs, coves, harbours, ports and river estuaries, as well as around 4,000 miles of rivers - and that's before even mentioning the Isles of Scilly.
