Physics of Solar Cells Lesson 6 - Effect of Light Spectrum
You learn how the spectrum of incoming light, the amounts of blue, green, red, etc, actually affects the output of a solar cell. The internal physics, based around the band gap, interacts differently with light with different energy. This is why all solar modules specify the light spectrum, as "Air Mass 1.5g", that is used to determine their output.
