弊社のホームページ Our website https://www.infinity-aymp.com/ アパレルやオリジナルステッカー等の販売はこちら Click here for apparel, original stickers, etc. International shipping is also available. 当店のインスタグラム Our Instagram www.instagram.com/infinity_motorcycle いつも当チャンネルをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 今回は、昨年納車させていただいたロードホッパーの出荷整備内容Part.2をお届け致します。 メニューとしてはなんてことない、いつも通りに消耗品を交換していくだけの予定でした…しかし…スムーズに事が進むことはなく… フロントフォークを分解しようとしてもオイルシールが固着して抜けず…塗装されているので火であぶることもできず…最終手段の油圧でオイルシールを押し出す作戦も、シールのリップ部分が破けて終了。 納期も迫っているので、たまたま在庫で持っていたアウターチューブを綺麗にポリッシュして装着しました。 そして、オイルホースは取り回しも綺麗ではなくごちゃごちゃの状況。おまけにホースがカチカチでオイル漏れもし始めている。すべて交換するしかない… そして配線も汚らしく劣化もしている… ってな感じで、中古のバイクというものは年式にもよりますが、整備が行き届いておらず状態が良くないものも多いです。 この車両もなにげに25年。とくにロードホッパーはその希少性から、触りたがるバイク屋さんも少ないようで、オーナーさんの思い通りに整備がされていない(依頼しても断られる)という案件が多いように感じます。 基本はハーレーとほとんど同じなので、しっかりと整備してまた何十年も気持ちよく走れるよう再生させます。 Thank you very much for always watching our channel. This time, we will be delivering Part 2 of the shipping maintenance content for the Roadhopper that was delivered last year. The plan was to replace the consumables as usual, but... things didn't go smoothly... When we tried to disassemble the front fork, the oil seal was stuck and wouldn't come out... it was painted, so we couldn't heat it up with a flame... and the final measure of pushing the oil seal out with hydraulic pressure ended with the lip of the seal tearing. The deadline was approaching, so I polished up the outer tube I happened to have in stock and fitted it. And the oil hose was a mess, with a jumble of wires. What's more, the hose was stiff and the oil was starting to leak. There was no choice but to replace everything... And the wiring was dirty and deteriorated... Like this, depending on the year, there are many second-hand bikes that have not been well maintained and are in poor condition. This vehicle is 25 years old. In particular, because of the rarity of the Roadhopper, there seem to be few bike shops that want to touch it, and I feel that there are many cases where the owner's maintenance is not done as they wish (even if they request it, they are refused).
