EAST BEKASI, KOMPAS.TV - The latest images show that the evacuation process for victims of the train accident involving the Commuter Line (KRL) and the Argo Bromo Anggrek train was still ongoing as of Tuesday morning (April 28, 2026). Previously, an electric commuter line (KRL) train bound for Bekasi was hit by the Argo Bromo Anggrek train at East Bekasi Station on Monday evening (April 27, 2026). The long-distance Argo Bromo Anggrek train collided with the rear carriage of the Commuter Line KRL. The rear carriage for women was crushed in the collision. Five passengers were reported killed and more than 70 others injured as a result of the incident.
