Machining Parts for a Robotic Welding Machine on the Horizontal Boring Mill - Manual Machining

We get in some interesting jobs occasionally. This particular job is for a Robotic Welding Machines structural framework that will support fixtures for the robot welder. It is not a complex job but does require accuracy so the computer doesn't have problems locating the parts to be welded. For this job, I use my Lucas 441B-48 horizontal boring mill to face and drill these weldments to spec. the face mill is 8 inch diameter and makes quick work of jobs like this.
