Glorified maidservant or Glorious Yogi (Cooking and Cleaning - Why are They Important)?
Recorded on November 21, 2025, in Abu Dhabi. I recently heard a lecture in which a senior Mataji commented that if devotee women do not have a job according to their varna and confine themselves to solely taking care of the house and family they are nothing but "glorified maidservants." Based on my understanding from reading Srila Prabhupada's books, I respectfully beg to differ.
