The MOST INSANE 1,000 Miles in My SLS AMG Black Series!

Join me for a gruelling Italian adventure, driving the 1000 Miglia Experience; the Most Beautiful Race in the World! It's Brescia to Rome and back in my Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series, 1,000 miles chasing the classics across Italy, retracing legendary steps. What an experience! The Mille Miglia ran from 1927 to 1957 and at the time was one of the absolute pinnacle events of the motorsport calendar; with the most famous record set by the late Sir Stirling Moss in the 300 SLR "722" back in 1955, a record that stood and has boggled ever since. The modern tribute event takes place on the same route from Brescia in the north to the Italian capital, with approximately 500 classic and vintage cars taking part, along with over 100 participants in the Ferrari Tribute, a number of entries to 1000 Miglia Green, and now also the 1000 Miglia Experience for contemporary sports and supercars. Having driven an icon in the form of the 300SL Gullwing on the event back in 2018, this time around it had to be my SLS AMG Black Series; the modern take on a gullwing door equipped Mercedes - albeit quickly becoming a classic itself at over 10 years old. It's a special car, with many memories already obtained, but time for some more in the event that truly stands out at the height of its category.
