BMW E34 535 Build | My First Time Spray Painting! From Bare Metal to primers to Paint

After months of metalwork, welding, panel beating, bodywork, and endless hours of preparation, the BMW E34 535 has finally reached one of the biggest milestones in its restoration journey — PAINT! In this episode, we take the E34 from bare metal through the final preparation stages and lay down fresh paint for the very first time. This is also my first time spray painting a complete vehicle, making this one of the most exciting and nerve-racking stages of the entire build. This project has already undergone extensive front-end repairs, rust removal, metal fabrication, panel alignment, body filler work, epoxy priming, high-build priming, block sanding, and countless hours of preparation to get the shell ready for paint.
